Pioneer Cap Attachment (Universal Ear Muff Mounting)

The Pioneer Cap Attachment is a specialized mounting interface designed to integrate hearing protection and face shields directly onto industrial safety helmets. Constructed from reinforced polymer, these attachments utilize the 30mm universal slots found on most hard hats to provide a secure, stable platform for auxiliary PPE. The design features a multi-pivot articulated arm that allows the user to flip the earmuffs or shield up and over the helmet shell when not in use, maintaining balance and reducing neck fatigue during intermittent noise exposure.
